- Directed High-Impact PMO Team: Oversaw a team of 20+ Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts, leading strategic initiatives across 7 lines of business. Implemented a strategic prioritization framework in collaboration with business leaders, ensuring resources were directed toward the most critical and high-value initiatives—accelerating delivery on key programs while reducing delays and resource strain across the portfolio.
- Managed $95M+ Active Portfolio: Directed strategic project portfolios spanning Lending and Deposit Services, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance through Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Enterprise-Wide LIBOR & COFI Transition: Spearheaded the regulatory-critical transition from COFI and LIBOR to SOFR across multiple loan products, coordinating stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Technology to ensure a smooth conversion with zero service disruptions.
- nCino Securities-Based Lending Platform: Led end-to-end implementation of nCino on Salesforce, combining Agile sprints with structured Waterfall milestones. Successfully deployed a fully integrated digital lending solution for high-net-worth clients, enhancing loan origination speed and visibility.
- $120M Loan Sale Execution: Delivered the Business Banking Loan Sale on time and on budget in September 2024. Approximately 110 commercial loans with $120M in balances were divested via First Financial Network (FFN), reducing portfolio risk and improving capital efficiency.
- $49B Loan Platform Conversion: Orchestrated the ACBS conversion of 14,000 commercial loans totaling $21B in principal and $49B in commitments. Conducted rigorous end-to-end testing and mock conversions to ensure seamless production cutover over a 3-day weekend, completed November 2024.
- Microsoft 365 Platform Decommission: Directed the migration of all Lending Technology resources—including Email, Distribution Lists, SharePoint, and OneNote—from First Republic infrastructure to Chase enterprise systems. Scheduled completion: April 2025.
- $125M In-Flight Project Portfolio Oversight: At peak delivery in 2022, managed 36 active initiatives (21 corporate projects, 2 programs, 7 department efforts, and 8 completed projects), maintaining delivery timelines and financial tracking across all efforts.
- Strategic Annual Planning & Execution: Partnered with executive leaders to develop enterprise-wide business plans and prioritization models. Delivered aligned roadmaps that enhanced transparency, improved resource forecasting, and enabled quarterly progress reporting.
- Mentorship & Talent Development: Led weekly team huddles and biweekly 1:1s to coach and mentor 20+ professionals. Fostered cross-functional collaboration and elevated team engagement and performance metrics year-over-year.
